Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Liquid is a flexible, rubberized coating that seals out water, air, and moisture. It can be applied by brush, roll, trowel, dip, or pouring, ensuring the surface is completely covered. Once applied, the self-leveling formula smoothly covers small gaps and cracks, creating a watertight seal. When dried, the Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Liquid is paintable and temperature/UV resistant, resulting in lasting repairs.

Before applying, it is essential to stir the contents for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed. The surface should be clean of dirt, dust, grease, and oil, and completely dried.

The product is great for a variety of materials, including metal, concrete, wood, aluminum, brick, tile, fabric, rubber**, and glass. However, it may not work for all types of plastics and rubbers.

When applying, users should ensure that the gaps are no larger than 1/4" and the temperature is between 50°F and 120°F. It is not suitable for continuous submersion or below the waterline use. The product is intended for localized coating projects and will cure as a soft, rubbery, glossy, and flexible material, providing a watertight seal.

It is recommended to apply multiple coats to ensure all cracks and holes have been filled, allowing the product to cure between coats and before water exposure. The full cure time is 24-48 hours.

For cleanup, any unwanted material should be wiped up immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel, and mineral spirits can be used to clean applicators such as brushes and rollers.

When storing the product, the excess material should be removed from the top of the can with a dry cloth, and the lid should be pressed or lightly tapped shut to create a tight seal.

The Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Liquid is versatile, as it works with both latex and oil-based paints. When coating with oil-based paints, a primer should be used first before painting.

This product is great for a wide range of applications, including roofs, gutters, skylights, flashing, chimneys (for exterior use only, not intended for the inside of the firebox or chimney stack), PVC pipe joints, windows, RVs, and various DIY projects.
